Most recently, Dean was at SapientNitro where he dove deep into digital as Director, Brand Strategy, recognizing that digital technology was redefining the world of modern marketing. Holding Masters Degrees in history and business administration, and having been trained in traditional account planning via Publicis, JWT and BBDO, Dean also honed his consulting skills for several years in market research and innovation at the Hazelton Group. His multi-dimensional experience and skillset make him uniquely prepared to provide the fresh perspective necessary to lead the integrated marketing practice at JWT.
His portfolio of work includes award winning and business building campaigns for leading clients in virtually every category including Retail, CPG, Automotive, Telecom, Technology, Healthcare and Financial Services, including RBC (and RBC Avion) and American Express. Dean has built a reputation over the last 14 years as someone who marries strong process, research and analysis with the pure creativity and imagination it takes to turn information into insights and breakthrough creative ideas.
